Your three sessions are officially reserved once payment is received.
Within 24 hours of your booking confirmation, you will receive an email to arrange your first session time, location, and any particular intention you would like to bring into the space. At that point you will also choose whether you would like your sessions held in person or online — whichever feels right for you.
I recommend a space of two weeks between each activation, giving your body the time and space it needs to fully integrate what comes through. After each session we will connect together to reflect on your experience and book your next one, so the journey unfolds at exactly the right pace for you.
